Common questions
What is the refund policy?
If, after 90 days of regular use on Ace+Tutor, your predicted score has not risen by at least 100 points from your diagnostic, we refund the entire price you paid. We define "regular use" as completing at least 12 practice sessions and 2 mocks.
Is the platform official College Board content?
No. AceSAT is independent and not affiliated with College Board. Our 12,400 questions are written in-house in the official-style of the digital SAT, calibrated against released items.
Can I switch or cancel my plan?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades are pro-rated to the day. Cancellations take effect at the end of your billing period — no win-back emails, no friction.
Do you support languages other than English?
The test itself is in English, so the question UI is too. We offer first-language hint cards for 11 languages (Spanish, Hindi, Mandarin, Arabic, Korean, Bengali, Portuguese, Russian, Turkish, Vietnamese, French).
Is there a free trial of paid plans?
Yes — you get 7 days of full Ace access on signup. No card needed; we'll prompt you on day 6 to choose a plan or stay on Free.
Who are the tutors?
All tutors scored 1500+ on the SAT, hold a degree from a top-50 US university, and went through 60 hours of pedagogy training.
